Vegan Double Chocolate Pecan Brownies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Grease a square baking pan
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt
In another bowl, mix together the coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well combined
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips and chopped pecans
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
