Classic Espresso



Enjoy the bold and intense flavors of a classic espresso shot. It's the foundation for many popular coffee drinks.

Ingredients:
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • Freshly ground coffee beans

Instructions:

Grind the coffee beans until they are very small

To make a shot of espresso, use an espresso machine

Serve in an espresso cup that has already been warmed up

The Sazerac is a historic cocktail from New Orleans that is often called one of the first cocktails ever made. There is a hint of sweetness in this tasty mix of rye whiskey, bitters, and absinthe. Ingredients: 2 oz rye whiskey 1 sugar cube 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters Absinthe rinse Lemon peel, for garnish Instructions: Rinse a cold glass with absinthe and throw away the extra In a different glass, crush the sugar cube and Peychaud's Bitters together Mix in the ice and rye whiskey until the drink is very cold Pour the mixture into the glass that has been prepared Add the oil from a lemon peel to the drink and then throw away the peel Have fun!
