Strawberry Chip Cookies



These Strawberry Chip Cookies are a delectable treat that comes together quickly thanks to the use of a cake mix. The strawberry cake mix adds a fruity burst of flavor, while the white chocolate chips add a creamy and sweet contrast.

Ingredients:
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs

Mix until well combined

Fold in the white chocolate chips into the cookie dough

Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie

Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden
