Chocolate Avocado Almond Pudding Pops



These vegan chocolate avocado almond pudding pops are a creamy and indulgent treat that's perfect for a hot day. Avocado provides a rich and creamy base, while almond butter adds nuttiness and depth of flavor. Sweetened with maple syrup and flavored with cocoa powder and vanilla extract, these popsicles are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth while providing a dose of healthy fats.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds optional, for topping

Instructions:

In a blender or food processor, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold almost to the top

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid

Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds

If desired, roll the exposed edges of the popsicles in chopped almonds before serving
