Solinar Wine Pairing: Grilled Salmon with Herb Butter
This recipe pairs succulent grilled salmon with a flavorful herb butter, perfectly complemented by the rich and fruity notes of Solinar Wine. The combination of tender fish and aromatic herbs creates a delightful harmony of flavors, enhanced by the elegant profile of Solinar Wine.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Solinar Wine red or white, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper
In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, parsley, dill, chives, lemon juice, and lemon zest to make herb butter
Grill salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through
While grilling, baste salmon with herb butter mixture
