Butterscotch Sauce Ice Cream



Indulge in the rich and creamy flavor of homemade butterscotch sauce drizzled over velvety vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Your favorite vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

Mix brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat

For about 5 minutes, stir the mixture all the time until it comes to a slow boil and gets a little thicker

Now take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract

Take a break and let the sauce cool down

Put your favorite vanilla ice cream in bowls or cones

Put the warm butterscotch sauce on top of the ice cream

Serve right away and enjoy!
